Thank you for your purchase! Each of our books is printed on demand and fulfilled by our trusted printing partner after your order is placed. Because every product is made specifically for you, please review our return and refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Print-on-Demand Products

All of our books are printed only after an order is placed.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Orders placed in error

  • Incorrect product selections made during checkout

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Production begins shortly after an order is submitted.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee that orders can be modified or canceled once they have been placed.

If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist before production begins.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Orders delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier, weather, or customs delays

  • Minor printing variations or color differences that do not affect the usability or quality of the product

Refund Processing
